Chef Adam Allison has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and currently owns Handlebar Diner and Brightside Burgers.
He is also a Food Network Chopped Champion, has owned several successful food trucks, has cooked at The Masters, multiple Super Bowls with Guy Fieri and Aaron May, and is a private Chef to Celebrities and Professional Athletes.
Chef Adam’s passion for all things culinary is rivaled only by his focus on enriching his community. His charity work providing lunches for local children during the pandemic was recognized by Phoenix Magazine. He continues his work to feed underprivileged children and at risk youth, and he is currently spearheading several philanthropic fundraising events in the fight against cancer.
Chef Allison focuses on locally sourced ingredients prepared with his signature fusion of traditional southern and southwestern flavors, but has a comprehensive culinary skill set allowing him to create a wide range of custom menus.
Meet Mark Powell
Mark is a Mortgage Professional with over 3 decades of helping families buy properties across the United States. He takes pride in helping people create budgets making sure they’re Pre-Approved! Mark’s specialty is helping military families AND first-time homebuyers get Pre-Approved because he always available. He also works with investors to help qualify in buying an investment property.
When Mark is away from his office, he’s hanging out with his wife & two daughters. Mark is also a Board Member for City of Mesa’s Housing and Community Development Advisory Board and Financial Treasurer Board Member for a local Non-Profit Organization in Mesa.
His family moved to Arizona in 1992 and graduated from High School & College in Arizona. Mark always makes time to volunteer in his community. In becoming friends, each founder coincidentally displayed similar life experiences. Through hard work, Shephard and Tyler, both found themselves with the ability to give support to people similar to the younger versions of themselves.
