DESCRIPTION:🌵 5th Annual $10\,000 to Win CBE Cactus Classic\nEvent #1 of the Southwest Swing Points Race \nThe Cactus Classic returns for its 5th annual running and once again sets the tone for the entire season. With $10\,000 to first place and a proven competitive format\, the CBE Cactus Classic is where the Southwest Swing officially begins and where early momentum in the points race is built. \nThe event features four qualifying squads with an entry fee of $280 and a re-entry fee of $175. A $100 Desperado squad will be available for those looking to bowl their way into the finals at the last opportunity. \nAdvancement to Sunday’s finals is structured to reward both squad performance and overall consistency. The top two players from each qualifying squad will advance directly to the finals\, earning seeds one through eight and receiving a one-round bye. The next fourteen highest overall finishers\, who did not place in the top two of their squad\, will advance as seeds nine through twenty-two. The final two spots in the 24-player bracket will be filled by the top two finishers from the Desperado\, who will be seeded twenty-three and twenty-four. \nAs Event #1 of the Southwest Swing Points Race\, every game bowled at the Cactus Classic carries added significance. A strong performance here can establish an early advantage and shape the rest of the season heading into the remaining Swing events. \nFull tournament details can be found on the official flyer in the event discussion section.
